Friendly and Swift Service

My car has been dead for a month due to me staying home under strict lockdown regulations and on Tuesday, 02 February, I called Discovery Insure to send someone out to assist me in jump starting my car. I got through to Willie Scholtz who assisted me in, not only a friendly and professional manner, but also in my home language after establishing that I'm Afrikaans, which was a first for me dealing with Discovery Insure. He assured me that someone will be sent in about 20 - 30 minutes, and within about 15 minutes the towing company arrived to assist me. Willie did his routine follow up as promised, apart from his friendly service what stood out for me the most was him assisting me in Afrikaans. Thanks Willie and Discovery for your swift service.

In an English predominant world one do sometimes come across people who struggles to speak or express themselves in English and tend to want assistance in their native language (whether Afrikaans, isiXhosa, isiZulu, etc.) and for Discovery to provide this to their customers is great.
