********** credit check!!!!
Why was there a credit check done on my name without my consent? I received an alert to say that it was done on 02/02/2016. I want this investigated asap and reverted back to me or else I am going to open a case of *****!!!

If you recall when you took out your policy through our sales team, we requested to do an ITC check, and consent was granted.
These checks can be done any time a quote is done or required to determine current credit score, and to also determine premium.
At this current point we are busy working on your policy anniversary calculations, at which point once done, we will send email notification.
This is standard insurance practice.
