DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH DISCOVERY!!! They have charged me R3 500 for a tiny chip repair to my windscreen which has impacted my risk profile and therefore pushed up my monthly premium. For R3 500 you could replace an entire car windscreen 3 times!!! Sneaky way of **********ly justifying an increase to customer premiums even though I took the time and money to confirm it would not affect my risk profile prior to going ahead otherwise I would've happily paid a few hundred rands to have gotten it repaired in my personal capacity! Innovative way of funding your new "Bank". This is coming from a client with policies with Discovery Invest, Insure, Medical and Vitality.
