********** Change of Car Ownership

Recently my car, that I have owned for the last 4 years, required a license disk renewal. When attempting to do renewal at the post office I was informed to my surprise that I am no longer the owner of my vehicle. An administrative error at Discovery and Auction Nation resulted in me loosing ownership of my trusty car.

I do not personally even have insurance with discovery neither did I sign any change of ownership papers. I raised this with Discovery and only received one phone call with promises of email correspondence and further phone calls. Neither of these promises where delivered upon and I am no further to owning my car than a week ago. I fail to understand how the ownership of the car was changed without my consent, ID, or knowledge.
