********** activity on my claim

I called to complain about the roof leakage claim which was lodged in April 2022, my call was about the work not being properly done in the entertainment area and part of my dining room, your consultant started to mention what was done in the house which is not the case. I then requested him to send me the quotation of the work done and to my surprise, none of the work mentioned in the quotation was what I claimed. I, therefore, would like to lodge a dispute that this was not what was done nor I lodged a claim on. The work was inspected by the auditor Thamsanqa Mokone, Non-Motor Procurement Auditor on the 13th of June 2022. Please investigate. Further to this the damaged ceiling was painted not replaced, as I write this I can see where the damage was. Below is the quotation of the work they claim they have done. I'm not happy about this ***** against my name and it will also affect my claim history.
