***** from Discovery insure Menlyn drive in centre

On 7 September Menlyn drive in centre installed a crowd search unit in my car, they told me all I had to do was link the unit from my Discovery insure app after installation - the unit never worked. I also paid with my Discovery card for a multipoint check, which they did, but they never loaded this onto the Discovery system. Sandton came to me and linked a new device pre-installation, then installed, then linked it on the app and they had a new multipoint check done which I had to pay for again. I quiried and sent all proof from my bank statements and Discovery insure still wanted the slip that was thrown away long ago (the proof is at their brach in their bank account and with Discovery bank). Only now everything works since Sandton helped me. But how many people do Menlyn do in like this. This is *****, having people pay for something not received.
