***** Claim Alert

Good day

on the 1st of November my girlfriend was driving (rainy day) upon breaking the car slipped a bit and bumped into a 06 bmw 5 series belonging to a guy called Xolani Mahote, we stopped and evaluated the cars and saw no damage as the car touched his on its stop. he confirmed that the car was fine and only could see marks he was fami**** with and that the cars touched with number plates. days later I receive a call from his insurance, I explain to a consultant (Portia Maphumulo) whom I explained to her that there was no claim or AR made as Xolani said all was well and we parted ways hence I'm shocked of this claim. she said to forward all this to legal department. on the 12/11/2018 Portia sends an email saying " as per telephonic discussion, please forward my insurance claim number) I again inform her this time Via email that we stopped and saw no damage to be claimed and did not even do an AR. she does not reply nor call till today 16/01/2019 with "please find attached our letter of demand ." for damages amounting to 12 109.26 which seems like Mr Xolani made a ********** claim for damages which where previously on his car.
