Forget Discovery, go to Santam

If I’m honest, Discovery Insure is all hype and no substance. I put in a claim for a windscreen on 12th March on their app. I heard nothing the next day. I heard nothing all day on the 14th so I called them and the agent said he would send an email to the claims department. On the 15th today, they still didn’t call. I decided to call, only to have them transfer me to the “service provider” who turned out to be a call Centre agent who couldn’t make any decisions or give any information I needed. Meanwhile, I need a ****** windscreen. I was sold dreams by people on Discovery Insure. I was fine at Santam. Everything just worked at Santam. Now I must wait again for a simple windscreen! A windscreen! At the very least, call a ***** and tell me what’s going on with the claim instead of sitting there with a claim and doing nothing about it. I hope I will get a windscreen soon
