Forced Debit Orders after Cancellation

I told them to cancel as they increased my premium without letting me know. On top of that, I asked for cancellation weeks in advance because I’ve moved on to a different insurer. They have since debited me and now I’m sitting with a debt of over R2k and it keeps growing cos they’re forcing a debit order from my account. I want my money back
