For ****** goods, you need proof of ownership??!
First Off: In June/July 2015 i was hit on the driver door of my car. I put my indicator on to turn right. The three cars behind me was waiting for me to turn. A fourth car overtook us all, and hit me in my seat as I turned right. Then Discovery said that they will not process the claim because \It was my negligence". That is absolutely crazy. I went to a lawyer. They then sent a mail to discovery stating that no court in South Africa will see this accident as my \""negligence\"". After this"
