Follow-Up on Policy Review and Premium Deductions

I am writing to express my continued disappointment regarding the lack of response to my previous complaint about the review of my policy. While I appreciate that my concern was passed to the appropriate department, I am still awaiting a resolution.

To add to my frustration, I noticed that a debit order was processed recently, and to my astonishment, my MacBook remains covered by Discovery Insure despite it being claimed and seized. This raises a significant question: which MacBook is actually being covered?

It is disheartening to see that, while I face a severe financial burden and have communicated my concerns about premium increases, my situation seems to be overlooked. The ongoing deductions for an item that should no longer be insured only exacerbate my disappointment with the service I am receiving.

I am hoping this will get them to address these issues promptly and provide clarity on my policy status. I hope for a resolution that truly reflects the principles of fairness and support inherent in insurance.
