<p>I am currently going through my second claim with Discovery Insure, I was a bit of a sceptic because my first claim took almost 4 weeks to be approved.</p> <p>As Dec break is upon us, one would want to settle any loose ends for the year, especially when it comes to a vehicle repair, I was fearing the worst that I would go off to my holiday season traveling with this still hanging.</p> <p> </p> <p>In stepped in Florence with a can-do attitude and a plan of action. She has managed to bring all the relevant parties together, and the desired actions are currently being implimented. Great person and great service.</p>
