Fixing Discovery's mistake

We have been insured with Discovery Insure for some years now. A month ago we made a small change to our policy, but they then cancelled our entire Vitality Insure programme. I discovered it a week or two later and tried to get it fixed. Sadly, nothing happened, so I phoned them again. This time I spoke to a very helpful lady, Makubu Malaka, and she very patiently tried to fix the mess. She was kind, patient and determined to get it sorted, and I am truly grateful to her. I don't know who in Discovery caused the mess in the first place, but kudus to Makubu for getting it sorted. 5 stars to her!!! 1 star to Discovery - hence the 3 star review here.
