Fix my car and bring it back

I was involved in an accident in June and the only time i get updates regarding the progress made is when i call and beg them. No one communicates with me and nothing is being updated on the app. I'm even forced to contact the repairer Centurion Panel Beaters directly as if I have a contract with them. Their service is also horrible. When i check my car tracking app it shows that my car moves almost every day. I am going to sue both of you for this nonsense. I shared the same review on 28 September and no one bothered to contact me to date. You also need to stop making people believe that you are responding privately when you are not. USELESS
