I would like to compliment Joelene Scholtz from Discovery Insurance for her outstanding service. When my car broke down, I contacted her to assist with arranging a tow. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure my car was safely transported to where it needed to be without any hassle.

The towing service was arranged quickly, and what truly stood out to me was that she followed up afterwards to make sure everything was in order and that I was okay. That level of care and professionalism is truly appreciated.
