Five Star Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance

I called Discovery Insure to explain the challenge I was having with the vehicle and within an hour they had logged the case, sent the towing company to pick the car from home. The smoothness and the speed within which everything happened is beyond WOW. I was impressed by both the consultant, Mr Sibukeli Kolondiya, who handled my case; and the tow company, TMB Roadside Assist, who came within 10 minutes after case was logged. I was so impressed with the ethical manner within which the gentleman from TMB Roadside Assist potrayed; even giving me advise on the things I should look out for when the car comes back. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the services received from both parties. I would give their service a well deserved 5 star.
