Fitment of Tracking Device at Glasfit Bryanston

Hi - i dropped my car off for fitment (booking under my wife) and gave them her number to call for collection. Potentially i didn't fully explain that my wife was picking up the car, but needless to say the way they treated her was appauling. She phoned me in tears and when i asked to speak to the guy, he continued shouting at me.

This is appauling and neither me or my wife have been dealt with like this. Can someone senior please contact me urgently and arrange for flowers and a apology to be sent to my wife. I hold discovery accountable here and they can take this up with Glasfit. In the absence of this please send me cancellation forms.
