First class service from Aretha

My first experience with Discovery Insure was a few weeks ago when I had a burst water pipe and I was completely blown away by the excellent service. It happened over the weekend and Aretha arranged for an assessor to come out and check the damage on a Sunday. She consistently followed up with the assessor and myself to ensure that he arrived, and once the damage was assessed the pipe was repaired on the Monday. A few days later without any prompting from me another assessor came out to inspect the damage and that was repaired within a couple of days. It is so seldom these days that problems are resolved with one call - this was a refreshing experience and Aretha's service was first class!
