Best service ever! I am not one to claim from insurance so when my geyser burst, I expected resistance and even interrogation as to why the geyser burst!! The consultant, Andre Engelbrecht was friendly, efficient and to my pleasant surprise kept in touch with me daily(even when the phone line was terrible!) with feedback as to what was happening with my claim.
