First claim in 10 years and no payout
We are insured at Discovery Insure. Due to water damage our roof and cupboards were replaced and after all contractors were gone my wife noticed some of her jewellery were ****** and now Discovery tells me that due to no forced entry they will not replace the jewellery... Why do we have insurance then ! Think I will go to the ombudsman and see what they think of the case
