First bad and then EXCELENT!!!

We had an incident at home with a pipe burst. That same day we called The plumber (we have a solar system) and the handyman. I called Discovery Insure and explained that we need a plumber that knows about solar and that the plumber is on his way already and that the handyman is already there. The ceiling was soaked and had to be replaced. I spoke to a man at the call centre and then to Jane the next day. I tried to call her at least 10 times but could not get hold of her again. Eventually I got the right email from a colleague, but after I called again, this time speaking to Manasseh Plaatjies, she gave me a case number. She was extremely efficient and as soon as I send her all the information (same day) required, she communicated to me and the case was handled in 1 day. I was extremely impressed with her service and just wish that everybody would learn from her how to treat the clients. She had to apologize for the bad service I got before. All businesses need people like Manasseh to work for them. It has been a pleasant experience to have dealt with her. Thank you Manasseh!
