Fire claim efficiently, fairly and quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction

I had the most professional and well handled claim experience after a small fire in my living room which fortunately we suffocated before the gas bottle it was burning exploded. The claim was fairly small because of it and I expected it to be unimportant to my broker , Amanda Jovner but she immediately arranged for assessors to come to my home. Their opinion was then replayed to Amanda and Rehabetsi Hadibikana. She had one more quote for the carpet outstanding which I attended to and by the end of the day the settlement amount was approved. I was asked to sign off on Saturday morning and by Monday they had transferred the funds to me. The settlement was reasonable and fair so I was happy to sign it off. All of this was done within a week. The damaged goods were collected and removed and I was able to go ahead and replace them. I have only good things to say about these two and Discovery Insure can also be proud of them. Thank you.
