Finalize our 1 month old Business Claim

Our claim was registered on the 10th August 2021. Damages were caused by a wild fire to our residential rental property. After a lengthy back and forth with the claim administrator Sheila Tshutsha an assessor was eventually appointed of which the assessing process took a further 2 weeks to complete. We were eventually settled R71000 for the repairs of the rental unit that was damaged but up to today, we haven't been compensated for the Loss of Rental income due to the fact that the tenant who had occupied the unit had to terminate the 24 months lease that was active and was refunded his deposit. Our appointed representative, Mr Glen Mashatula, has spent a hefty amount of airtime and time following up on when this Loss of Rental Income will be finalised (approved or declined? to no avail. He is sent from pillar to post and with zero timeous feedback provided to him, he is instead told on a daily that the claim administrator or her senior Sheila Tshutsha will get back to him but this never happens. Can the powers that be at Discovery URGENTLY ensure that this claim is finalised? It is highly overdue and the worst case this is for Business Cover that should have been attended to with haste and not this snail pace? As a business in the residential property rental industry, we are highly dissapointed with the manner in which this claim was handled from inception to date.
