Fikile Nkutha

I am so disappointed in the service I have been receiving from Discovery Insure agent Fikile Nkutha. I have tried numerous times to call and email but she never responds. I just want my claim to be finalised and I will never bother this company again! I pay every month with no fail so I deserve good & efficient service! When I call I get put through to other agents who always say we will send her a message to call you but she never does nor are they able to finalise my claim! This is annoying & frustrating. I have tried to escalate to Sibongile Ngonyama but she too is unreachable. I have tried to get through to the cancellations department but dropped the phone after being on hold for 6 minutes, this I tried twice! I have medical aid, life insurance & vehicle cover and I want to cancel all of them! This is beyond poor service!
