Fikile is a Shining STAR!
Fikile is a STAR! Undoubtedly, she has brought back my confidence and is an asset to Discovery. She called me very early this morning to keep me updated about the issue and has now resolved the problem completely. She has restored my trust by going out of her way to make things right. The matter has been handled by her so professionally and efficiently. I don't know how to thank her to taking away my stress and I am truly grateful to her.
