Good day to the Discovery Insure team and in particular to Fezzy Ndumela

Yesterday was a very pecu**** day to which I found my family in a situation where they were driving my vehicle and thus had accidental damage that lead to them not being able to drive.

My case was attended to by a lady called Fezzy Ndumela who was so professional, so thoughtful, called back when she said she would and even avoided leaving work when her shift was done to continue to ensure my family was taken care of. She made what was a horrible experience one that, was so easy to tolerate and I commended her for her understanding and patience.

I would highly recommended her as an awesome employee who truly reflect a superior honor of the discovery insure badge.
