Feeling very Deceived - where are my recordings???

After my previous complaint, the consultant who called me was unhelpful. He basically denied half the conversations we have had with their call centre. Then when I emailed him asking for the recordings he stopped responding to me. <br> My husband called the Insurance two weeks later asking for the recordings, at which he was informed that we could come through to the head qtrs anytime to listen to them. He called this morning to inform them that we would be coming at 1pm this afternoon. At which the consultant informed him he'd have the recordings ready for when we come. When we got to the head qtrs offices, no one seemed to know what was going on, the receptionist got us to speak to another consultant who proceeded to let us know that there was no record that we where coming today, and he told us they would call us to let us know when we can come in. I'm very disgusted honestly, we took time out of our working day, hurdle after hurdle comes more excuse. Insurance companies are supposed to be our safety nets, our protection, our peace of mind, all Discovery insure has been to my family in the last 2 months is an irritant, inconvenience and a source of heartache.
