feeling outdone by policy

earlier this year, Discovery was helpful in reinstating my policy<br> however, this month they double debited me for no reason given.<br> as such my debit was returned and i know face the policy lapsing<br> i would like an answer and solution as this is not the service i am used to getting from discovery
