Feeling betrayed, never doing business with you ever again

Discovery betrayed my loyalty and trust after almost a full year of membership. I joined discovery insure because I like to streamline my affiliations with services I use. So, in February this year I thought, we'll, let me just switch Discovery insure since I have a medical aid with them and I've seen some good review on their car insurance. Then, I decided to switch to a different auto insurance because Discovery insurance is just so super expensive right, I mean super expensive. It was somewhere toward month end, 24th of August 2022. Then, I get told that they will only be covering me until the 26th of the month which was the Saturday. Then I thought, lemme just get myself a new insurance before the time lapses but honestly that was total BS right? Because whenever you join an insurance, they always cover you for the whole month, 1st to 31st, they are supposed to. But Discovery insure decided to dumb me after several months of being claim free and loyal to them just in bitterness of me switching to a different insurance saying the reason my cover is only until the 26th is because my debits goes off on that particular day. Total BS right? That's not professional and was spiteful. Never recommending you guys to anyone, you really did me good there, I won't lie. Thinking of moving my medical aid and life insurance to some place else.
