Feedback PLEASE !!!
A discovery client was the cause of an accident & I am not getting any satisfactory feedback from them. Every week they claim to get back to me *this* week... I am terribly frustrated!

I asked the consultant if calls were recorded- as per accident image I submitted on your forms, how can it not be clear that your client had to cross almost 4 lanes from opposite side of Ontdekkers, hit my car in the middle lane AFTER I crossed the intersection & she was Driving a SUV ? (Car higher and better view of road)
