That employee has an efficiency on his work and make sure he resolved the query. <br> One day there is a quotation that needed to be activated and only giving error in terms of pricing and went an extra mile and speak to that department that deals with pricing and he gave a feedback the case was sorted .Our client was so happy with the service given on time.
