Fed up with slow service for a third time

Slow. Unhelpful. Unwilling. Yet always willing to push up premiums. My third very unsatisfactory experience with discovery. They are all bells and whistles and lure you in, but are even more lackluster than public service delivery in this country. NEVER trust this company with medical, or insurance. Greedy, money hungry, with lackluster service. I am fed up.
