Fed up!

Their client bumped into my car while I was not moving. He admitted it and we made a claim from discovery. Now they(discovery insure) are saying that I was also moving and they wouldn't even take a written statement from their client. Unfortunately I cannot prove it coz there's no cameras or witness. But they client admitted hitting my car! They are only paying me 60% of the total costs of the damage to my car. Everyone knows that they would never offer me 60% if they really believed that I was moving.
