Faulty tracker unit- unable to use car

I have had a flat battery in my car for two weeks now, back and forth to battery center for tests, to the car dealership for tests. No issue with the car, but something is drawing too much power, probabaly the tracker unit.

Emailed and phoned discovery insure, forwarded a report. phoned again, got the responce that it will take 2-5 working day to get feedback, 2-5 working days to fix my car is even too long, now Im told 2-5 days just to answer my email! I got feedback just to say the report from the dealship is in the wrong format! I actually dont care about a report, just get someone on this!

This is unacceptable, can jump start the car to get going everytime, but wife cant go to shops, or go anywhere where someone wont be able to help her get started again.

Discovery has part of the policy to assist you at the roadside within 10 minutes of breaking down, but it can't get itself together when I am stranded in my own house, with something that will be easy to test and fix considering installation is only 20 minutes.

I will even drive the car somewhere to get it repaired, I will even pay for it, please please please just let me know where to go!

Keith

Reference number ***
