Faulty products and poor service

On the 2nd June my car drive tracker failed and I lost 10 points which resulted in me not achieving my goal. I called in and was told that the tracker had a fault and to go to Tiger wheel and tyre and change it and the points would be awarded. More than a month later they still havnt and are saying they don't know how to fix it basically. I've called in countless times and they promise to call back yet no one does.
