Faulty Discovery Device - Uncovered Trips

Here we go again. I just sent out an issue a few days ago regarding uncovered trips.

I had this issue previously where the vehicle had not moved but the device recorded events and i am assuming due to the lightning we had during those times.

The Discovery device has a fundamental flaw which you guys cannot revolve to the detriment of myself. I have had 30 points deducted yesterday for the 20 March 2024 and another 20 points for the 21 March 2024 so far for uncovered trips. This is getting ridiculous.

The device recorded trips for the 20 March 2024 and 21 March 2024 at the following times when the vehicle was not moving. I can prove this using my Netstar tracking stats.

20 March 2024 (30 points deducted) Trip recorded at 22:16 for 33 minutes. Trip recorded at 23:05 for 4 minutes.

21 March 2024 (20 points deducted so far) Trip recorded at 00:52 for 13 minutes. Trip recorded at 01:13 for 19 minutes.

NO-ONE seems to want to assist and i have to send through emails for this to get fixed and a stupid reply is they are looking into it, but nothing further happens. If i don't view my trips regularly i would not even know of these incorrect deductions.
