Fault on Discovery Insure Dashboard that can not be fixed after 6 months

I have just about reached my wits end with discovery insure. For the last 6 months there has been an error with my discovery insure online dashboard. After numerous emails regarding this and after being told its being escalated every time. Nothing has been done. Which means I cannot get my points for the personal goals and therefore I am being ********** for my fuel rewards. The points for my online driver course are not reflecting again after 3 emails and 2 months still the points have not being allocated. Every time I call I am told its being escalated but nothing happens. I should be getting a lot more for fuel rewards but due to the fact that discovery can not fix their own website I as a client have to bare the brunt of it. I am sick and tired of Discovery Insure. If I could take out my money from the excess funder I would have left this insurance along time ago.
