Fastest claim service I have ever seen!

I (with my baby in the car) had a minor bumper bash with another vehicle in a parking lot yesterday afternoon 22 November 2018 and Discovery kindly called me to assist me with the claim as I could not call them from my phone. Peter Rankhathali was the administrator @ discovery I dealt with and he has been fantastic from the word go! He asked if the baby is ok and if I am ok and I reassured him that we are good with no injuries. He immediately assisted by getting all the details from me of where it hsppened, what happened and the other driver's details. He advised me that my car must go for an assessment this morning @ 08h00 which I took to the assessors. I just received another phone call from him saying my claim has been approved and that I can take my car to be repaired. In the past 24 hours, I have received emails and smses keeping me up to date to the progress of the claim and I am so grateful that Peter was the one to assist me as he showed empathy and his willingness to assist and get it sorted asap. Peter should be given a bonus or well deserved increase as he made this claim a walk in the park for me! God definitely sent Peter my way to help me and I am just so grateful.
