We received fast, friendly, professional service from Aretha Tobias this morning. She quickly realized what assistance we required, confirmed all relevant details for the vehicle that needed assistance as well as location, thereafter proceeded to ensure that we get the necessary assistance in under 30 minutes at our location. She even phoned back after a few minutes to furnish me with the service provider's details as well as a time estimation for their arrival. This information was even confirmed via SMS. After approximately 35 minutes she phoned again to enquire whether we have been assisted by the service provider, to which I have confirmed in the positive.
