Fast & Efficient Claim Processing and Superb Service
I had the pleasure of dealing with Tshepiso Thamane this morning with regards to a small claim (stone chip in my windscreen) and, even though I did not follow the correct claim procedure, she went out of her way to help me and approved the claim within minutes. Within 10 minutes I had already received confirmation of refund payment. What fantastic service.
