Fast & efficient claim handling

<p>Last month I had the unfortunate experience of a house burglary. This is obviously a very stressful time knowing that your privacy has been invaded and also a reality check that your “secure” property is not impenetrable.</p> <p>We contacted Discovery Insure who are my insurers where my wife dealt with Lunga Macu. He was very sympathetic and friendly towards my wife and advised what needed to be done.</p> <p>I then had the pleasure of dealing with Lunga, who was impeccable with all the dealing of our claim. He let me know what was required and kept me informed at all times. Once all the documentation was supp**** to Discovery, he processed the claim speedily, I never had to follow up or wonder what was happening. They has a service provider replace our electronic goods and processed a cash settlement for the small items also taken.</p> <p>I expected to have received more issues trying to get my claim paid but Discovery & Lunga were a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended Discovery Insure to many people in the past and I will continue to do so.
