Fast & Efficient
I am so happy with how quickly and efficiently my claim was resolved, I submitted it at 1am. By the 8am Reabetswe Mabidikana in the claims department had responded and started the process, by 9am the phone was collected for assessment and by COB that day the claim had been approved and everything resolved. Thank you to Rea who was so attentive and made sure to resolve this matter as she understood there is nothing worse than not having a phone! 12 hours is a record time. Thanks Discovery Insure
