Fast claim process!

Logged a claim on 9 December 2024 for my damaged 13Pro. Shahida Nchinyane logged the claim, assigned a service provider for my case. Today, 11 Dec 2024 the service provider informed me to say my phone has been written off😭. Thank goodness for Shahida because she sent me a possession loss claim form to sign so that I can get money for a new phone🙌🏾. When I say efficiency I mean Discovery Insure. Thank you Shahida
