Fast and Friendly service from Discovery Roadside Emergency crew

Nothing is more frustrating than parking your car before a good nights rest only to find that it won't start the next morning. I gave Discovery Insure a call and Sithembile Ndlovu helped me out of the predicament by sending a tow-truck to my complex within 30 minutes. Her service was friendly, prompt and she really made my day. Calling me multiple times during the process to keep me updated was a caring, professional touch. Lunga, from Optimum Assist, was just as friendly. I was convinced, from the sound it made when I turned the key, that the starter was shot and was ready to have the car towed to my nearest mechanic. Lunga quickly determined that my car's battery had actually sprung a leak and, even though all the electrics were still running, there wasn't enough juice left to turn the engine. He jump-started my car and directed me to the nearest dealer where I had the battery replaced. All in-all I was back on the road in just under and hour.
