Fast and friendly
Recently changed car insurance and glad that I did. Car had a complete mechanical breakdown and after speaking with Sbu Klondike wrt emergency towing I was left waiting all of 20 minutes. Sbu even did a courteous call to make sure I had arrived safely at my destination. Much quicker waiting tow time than that of previous insurance company.
