Fantastic Service from Marc!

After a few weeks of back and forth emails between myself and different consultants, Mark finally called. He understood my frustration in being passed from consultant to consultant and no-one being able to assist me with my queries and some of them even just ignoring some of my queries and attempting to resolve others to no avail. He resolved all three of my queries, even though previous consultants kept asking me to contact other departments. He also went out of his way to contact an external party directly in order to retrieve documentation relevant to my queries.

He was professional, polite, understood my position and I felt valued. :)
