Fantastic service from Kirk De Sai
Received fantastic service from Kirk De Sai in the retentions department. He was super helpful, listened to what I was saying and helped accordingly. I loved that he wasn’t quiet for long periods of time, was always updating me he is still there and is working on helping me, communication was really great. I felt confident that my issue was being taken care of.
