On the morning of the 25th of September 2019 I was alerted that my vehicle had been ****** from our complex. I was phoned by Paulus Furstenberg, who went through the claims process with me in a calm and very professional manner. From the tracking company and Discovery constantly liaising with each other, I was constantly kept updated by Paulus and Katlego Makoya. The professionalism and curtious manner that the whole situation was dealt with was extremely reassuring and made me feel a whole lot better about the situation.
