I called the call centre for a quote on 05-03-2015 and was delighted with the way in which it was done by your consultant. He really did a great job in explaining how the policy I was taking worked and even though the line was not ideal, he still managed to capture all my info correctly and was always friendly and courteous throughout the call. He also explained all the features and benefits thoroughly and sent through all the documentation within 2 minutes. He also explained what I would be paying and how the charges worked clearly and made sure i understood everything. This great and efficient service resulted in me taking the policy.
