Fantastic service
I had a claim on Monday the 1st of Feb and my claim was assigned to Hope Maloka. What a fantastic experience. I was kept updated on exactly what happened and when. A day later (Tuesday) an assessor was sent out to my premises, and on Thursday the 4th of Feb my claim was authorized. This was certainly my best claims experience ever and I'm extremely happy to be part of the Discovery family. Thank you Hope, for a job well done!
